This morning the complete program of the seventh edition of the National Romantic Novel Fair was presented, which will receive more than forty participants including authors, publishers, reading clubs, literary reviewers, translators and fans of literature in general and novels particularly romantic.
The mayoress of Oropesa, Araceli de Moya and the new councilor for culture, Juan Antonio Garcia, together with the director of the event, Patricia Artero, have been in charge of presenting an edition that, in the words of Artero, "will turn Oropesa into the epicenter of the national romantic novel for three days."
The doors will open this Friday the 23rd at 5:30 p.m. and the opening ceremony will take place from 6 p.m. with a tribute to couples linked to the municipality and who have been together for more than 40 years.
From there, a complete program with more than twenty activities in which topics such as youth and new adult romance, the job of translating, eroticism in romantic novels, stories based on real events, being a woman in another era will be discussed. , among others. The Oropesa library reading club will have its space to meet an author and talk about her latest novel. Reading clubs from other municipalities and literary reviewers will also attend.
The exhibition and sale point enabled on the premises, managed by the local Annabel bookstore, will be able to find the news of all the participating authors.
