Oropesa del Mar will once again offer its usual Easter School at the CEIP Dean Martí. The town council, through the Department of Education, has promoted this initiative with the aim of promoting work-life balance during the Easter school holidays during the March 28, April 2, 3, 4 and 5 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This municipal proposal It will have craft workshops, free and guided games, group activities and outings around the municipality. The mayor of the town, Araceli De Moya, has explained the importance of offering this alternative to families. “The Easter School is an initiative that helps families achieve a real and effective work-family balance, and allows us to offer a recreational space to the little ones during the holidays”, stated the mayor.
For her part, the Councilor for Education has declared: “Its objective is family conciliation and at the same time it helps children maintain their routines even during their vacations, always in a pedagogical and playful environment.”
Interested persons must submit their application from today, Monday, March 4 until next Friday, March 15, both included. Applications may be submitted by digital certificate through the electronic office or in person at the Citizen Service of the Oropesa del Mar City Council (SAC) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by appointment. The period to pay the fees of €3 per day per minor will be from March 18 to 22, 2024, both inclusive, whether it is done through the electronic office or through the SAC (Citizen Assistance Service).
Places are limited, with preference given to people registered in the municipality. Once the application period has ended, the Department of Education will publish the list of admitted students on its notice board.
