THE CMSO WILL TAKE PLACE ON NOVEMBER 26TH. “MUNTANYA SERRA D'ORPESA COURSE” WITH A NEW ROUTE
This new route will be developed in two modalities, 24KM Trail and Sprint of 12KM.
The Plaza de la Iglesia de Oropesa, in the heart of the town's old town, will be the sporting venue for the weekend, hosting the start and finish of the CMSO.
The trail consists of 24km with a gradient of +780m with a route through the Serra d'Orpesa, in which runners will be able to enjoy very fun ups and downs, with some stretches of more technical downhills. This new route is designed so that participants can enjoy a mountain half marathon, in which there is a little of everything, fast paths, climbs with significant gradients and technical descents. The departure of this modality will be at 9:00 a.m. CMSO 24KM will be scored for the FACV Absolute/master regional trail running circuit.
The sprint consists of 12km with a gradient of +425m, it shares a route in several sections with the trail, both routes are competitive and take place through the Oropesa mountain range.
There will be a special prize for the best partial of each sex in the Strava segment, awarded with a shoulder of ham. Only for participants in the CMSO 24K test.
