Oropesina Clara Humanes launched a new website for her sustainable and inclusive swimwear project last Wednesday. With the new launch of clarahumanes.com, the brand offers an improved platform to explore and purchase the designer's latest creations.
Clara Humanes, born and raised in Oropesa de Mar, is a designer and entrepreneur from the municipality. She has become known for her designs as well as for her participation in the fashion week focused on entrepreneurs held by the municipality. She has merged her passion for the sea and fashion in her brand. Her experience in a swimsuit store made her aware of the lack of self-esteem when buying swimsuits and the limited variety of sizes and designs. This perception led her to found her own brand, with the aim of making designer swimwear more accessible, offering different sizes and the possibility of customisation.
The mayor of the town and head of Commerce, Araceli De Moya, has highlighted the potential of the town's entrepreneurs. “Our municipality has an entrepreneurial network that continues to grow. Examples such as that of Clara Humanes allow us to appreciate the potential we have in Oropesa del Mar” the councillor has assured. “We congratulate Clara on the launch of her website and encourage her to continue participating in the initiatives related to entrepreneurship that are organized by the Department of Local Development, Employment, Commerce and Entrepreneurs in our municipality” adds De Moya.
With this new website, Clara Humanes brings her project to the digital stage and reinforces her image as an inclusive brand that embraces beauty in all its forms. The businesswoman Oropesina has stated that “Not only does it offer an ethical alternative in swimwear, it also drives positive change by encouraging inclusivity and self-expression through its unique and customizable designs.”
