This initiative will continue on August 5 and 12 at 10:30 p.m. in the Cultural Space
For the second consecutive year Oropesa de Mar, and its Cultural Space, hosts a new edition of the VI Mostra de la Federació de Teatre Amateur de la CV, after passing through Elche and Benetússer; in addition to establishing itself as the headquarters of the province of Castellón, together with those of Elche in Alicante and Benetússer in Valencia.
This initiative began on July 22 with the play 'Miss Ceuta', by the Valencian group Fill per Randa, and continued on July 29, with “La llamada de Lauren”, by Calandraca Teatro. Admission to all performances is free and free, until full capacity is reached.either.
During the month of August we will have two new performances: next Saturday August 5, at 10:30 p.m., the play 'A Wild God' will take place, the plot of which is that of two married couples, parents, who meet to discuss the issue of a fight between their children. What begins as a placid and pacifying meeting, is truncated and derives in the airing of old quarrels. And finally, On Saturday, August 12, at 10:30 p.m., attendees will be able to see the play 'Perras'.
Araceli De Moya, Mayor of Oropesa del Mar, points out that “It is an honor that Oropesa del Mar receives this Amateur Theater Show as it helps us to position ourselves as a city of reference in the cultural world within the Valencian Community”. And adds 'from the City Council we invite the residents of the town to attend these plays and thus demonstrate our municipality's support for culture and amateur theater, in this case'.
