Oropesa del Mar is finalizing the preparations to inaugurate its 'Marine Market' on the occasion of the celebration of the San Jaime 2023 festivities. The seafaring-inspired market will be installed in the town from July 26 to 30 and promises to offer visitors a unique and captivating experience.

The market, which will run from 6:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., will have a wide variety of craft stalls, where attendees can purchase traditional products and unique creations. From decorative items to clothing and jewelry items, the market will offer the opportunity to appreciate local and regional artistic talent. For food lovers, the market will also have stalls with seafood-inspired recipes.

“This event represents an opportunity to highlight the cultural and artistic wealth of our region, while providing a festive and family atmosphere for all visitors,” explains the mayor of Oropesa del Mar, Araceli de Moya.

The Councilor for Festivals, David Juárez, invites both residents and visitors to “enjoy the wide range of crafts, culinary delights and live music that have been lovingly prepared for this occasion.” “The seafood market is an innovative bet that seeks to diversify and enrich our festivals,” concludes Juárez.

With the marine market, Oropesa del Mar is preparing to immerse attendees in an experience that combines tradition, entertainment and the essence of the sea during the San Jaime 2023 festivities.
