Oropesa del Mar receives the tribute of Canto del Loco

The songs of the Canto del loco will make the Plaza Mayor of Oropesa vibrate this Wednesday, July 26. The tribute from the iconic Spanish rock group will add the musical note to the program of the patron saint festivities in honor of San Jaime, which will be celebrated from this Monday, July 24, to next Sunday, July 30. 

Whoever wants to enjoy this performance can do so for free from the Plaza Mayor starting at 9:00 p.m. The mayor of Oropesa del Mar, Araceli de Moya, trusts that it will be “a meeting that will make people of all ages enjoy.” The patron saint festivities in honor of San Jaime are celebrated this week with a cultural program that combines traditions and leisure, so that citizens can choose between the different proposals.

“This event is an opportunity to celebrate music and experience great moments with our neighbors during this festive week,” adds the Festival Councilor, David Juárez.
