Proximity Legal Guidance Service (JUSTIPROP) in Oropesa del Mar

This free service is available every Wednesday at the Town Hall facilities by appointment. 

The Oropesa del Mar City Council offers citizens the free legal advice service 'Justiprop' promoted by the Generalitat Valenciana. This project provides the population with legal guidance and information based on the support and accompaniment of lawyers belonging to the Official College of Lawyers of Castellón in the offices of the City Council itself. It should be remembered that the Peace Court and the Civil Registry are currently located on the ground floor of the Town Hall Building thanks to the transfer of facilities by the City Council. 

Through the subscription of the protocol of the Proximity Orientation Service (Justiprop) signed by the General Directorate of Democratic Reforms and Access to Justice and the Oropesa del Mar City Council, information is provided to citizens regarding access to justice , mediation, assistance to crime victims, and protection of the rights of citizens. In addition, to this is added all the information that they need regarding the location and contact information of any judicial headquarters, Offices of Assistance to Victims of Crime, Offices of Complaints and Assistance to Victims of Gender Violence. o Guidance and Mediation Services.

The mayor of the municipality, Araceli De Moya, has highlighted the importance of Oropesa del Mar's Adhesion to the “Proximate Justice” Protocol for the Oropesinas and Oropesinos. "From the City Council we collaborate with the Department of Justice to offer the population the service . Thanks to this project, we collaborate in guaranteeing citizens access to Justice, both from the point of view of their rights and their effective exercise." the councilor explained. 

This free service is available to all local residents. every Wednesday in the facilities of the Consistory. In order to benefit from it an appointment must be made in advance through the City Council website or by calling 96 43 10 100.
